Cathay Pacific flight departed 90 minutes late. MDW and I were asleep before the midnight meal arrived. After about 5 hours sleep the child in the seat adjacent to mine decided he wasn't happy and screamed for several minutes every 20 minutes or so. It overlooks the jetty where ships or captain to keep away from the waves, and there were ...

Touchdown on Australian soil ..... FINALLY !!!!! :)) As soon as we pulled into the airport, the aircraft blasted my favourite song Midnight City by M83 .... How ironic ;) ! I was apprehensive heading to immigration as I thought it would take forever and would get a grilling over my visa. I was surprised that I was directed to the automatic machines which checked my passport, took a picture and sent me through. I collected my luggage and walked past a sniffer dog ...
