... time. So we went out, up, and back in under an hour. A hike that, from our apartment, should at least take an hour and a half. I nearly fainted and coughed up a lung (DEFINITELY still sick), but I power-walked and jogged like a beast, and I totally wasn't prepared for it. It was borderline not that enjoyable, but still sooo beautiful to see the city at night. But I mean, it's beautiful to see that city at any time. Can you tell I'm in love?

It was time to meet up with the group by the time we had made our way round and we ran around the sea of chairs to the pylon in the middle of the square (Meeting Point) as we entered the main square on the other side of the chairs we saw the group moving away from the meeting point so we started to run to catch ...

Decided we could get a little wet and stayed in the queue. And then this freaky storm hit us. Hail like you have never seen (the size of big peas) rain, winds, the lot. And we had no where to go. The museum had closed the doors when it started to rain and so we ...

... mountains around Florence for spectacular views of Venice and the mountain villas. The smells and scenes were fantastic and I think we got some amazing pictures. We didn't get back to the room until after 7 and headed for dinner at our favorite spot down the street from our hotel. We had the best tasting cream spaghetti dish and a chicken dish with a very tasty cream sauce.....oh yummy! If we lived here we would both be huge!
Great day, off to Venice on the train ...

... Funny thing, is that of all days, this was the least active in all of our travels. We found a cafe right next to the hotel and had a quick lunch before heading back up to the room for a rest. We both totally crashed for 2 hours, and woke feeling much better.

By the time we got ourselves motivated to leave the room, it was 730p and the we decided to get in a good walk before deciding on dinner. We walked past cool ...
