Today we drove to Norfolk and on the way we stopped to see the Angel of The North sculpture on the way out of Newcastle.

On the way we also saw the last flying Vulcan which was on a final tour around the country. We stopped in King's Lynn and had a look around.

If Andy is flying in the morning he puts in earplugs and sleeps in the spare room, and Lynette stays over to help out. Leaves me on my own at the cottage, but the pub over the road is now open after their holidays, so that's ...

... to the pub for an hour for a drink and to get a bit of time away from Finlay. Tomorrow is the base family day so there will be a BBQ, go-karts, and a bit of a fly past so we will all go to that (and not to the Lincoln-Borehamwood match!). We were entertained this evening by a hurricane practising the display and buzzing low over the ...
