A tacky place price is not that good either. Looking at a different motel for tomorrow night.

... that is how many people were inside. Finally, on the Friday Mary and I escaped to do some sightseeing. We had an enormous breakfast/lunch (as if I hadn't eaten enough the day before) at Denny's which was a lot nicer than I expected it would be. We went to the Phoenix Botanical Gardens. Not doing any research before arriving, we were surprised at how busy it was and how expensive it was but that was because of an art exhibition on throughout the gardens. After asking ...

As we headed out, we enjoyed the beautiful scenery of Northern Arizona.  The Vermillion Cliffs are beautiful. As we approached Flagstaff, the San Francisco ...

Luckily Water For People works with Elevate Destinations and they gave us a shorter, more manageable list of immunizations and let me know that Malaria isn't present in the regions we'll be in. Phew. Now, don't mistake my freaking out for me not being excited. I am beyond stoked for this trip and cannot wait to leave! ...

After returning to Gold Canyon Golf & RV Resort we were quick to reaffirm our attachment to this place. We love it here - there are trees, great views of the Superstition Mtns, it's quiet (no trains, freeways, airports) it's green, mild breezes - no wind, sunny, the resort is attractive and spacious, they have great activities lead by a hyper-active coordinator, the best golf course in the ...
