... to think that no, everybody was simply attempting to follow their food with their minds. I find out at the end of the retreat that one of my fellow meditators had spotted my boxer shorts rising out over my fishermans pants. She couldn't say anything as no talking. ... kind of way. We all sit in silence, contemplating each word. The passages are inspirational and help show the ways, tips and tricks we need to help train our mind for meditation. Following that, we sit in meditation for another 30 odd minutes. Next we have our morning yoga session. Men abd women have their own hall and individual instructors. ... amazing how high the water level has risen. He even persuades me to have a dip. I am a coward and a bit concerned as the water is very deep and I am not sure about how I can heave myself out again but he spots steps beside one of the other bungalows. I am glad he did as a dunk in the warm water was just lovely after a hot days travel.The sunset is just, predictably, gorgeous and after some food and a game of scrabble we are ready for bed.

... arrangement!!

We were placated by a cooling pineapple milkshake and shown to our room deep in the jungle. It was truly magnificent - tastefully furnished, well equipped and incredibly private. Sadly within an hour of settling in the power was cut and we were left in darkness. It also began to RAIN!
