Southern Hotel & Villa Hoi An

As an oversea Vietnamese and have been in Hoi An a few times, I would like to share this very good hotel information to you and hope that you will feel relaxe and enjoy as i do. The price is affordable which i paid for 15usd per room included breakfast and van is provided to the beach. The most important thing i like, is that i paid little but the service is equal to 2 stars hotel rate. Cindy Luu, Canadian

The staff are excellent, helpful and will always meet you with a smile and wave you off from the hotel steps.

Location is very peaceful, just far enough out of town but they provide a quick free bus down to town or the beach and back whenever you want.

The rooms are spacious, clean, light and airy what more could you want. enjoyed our week here and will be back in years to come!!

the rate correct. the manager is really friendly, he is everytime ready to help you for resolve any difficulties or problems.

A Really friendly place fifteen minutes walk from the center of town, or a free minibus ride provided by the hotel. The rooms have hot shower, aircondition, satelite TV and a minibar (free internet is also provided). The rooms are really clean with nice furniture, without a doubt the best place yet for 12 us dollars we have found.

We stayed in the Phuong Nam Hotel for two nights, the rooms were very nice, they were clean and comfortable.

The staff here are very helpful and very friendly. I would fully recommend this hotel to anyone coming to stay in Hoi An.

When you visit Hoian do not hesitate to stay in Hotel Phuong Nam. It is true that the hotel is located outside the town(only 1000 meter) but that is only an advantage. During my visit I became acute ill and got invaluable help from the staff.They are very, very nice and helpful.

We would definitely recommend this hotel. Rooms are really big, always clean, and with nice bathrooms. They have A/C, Tv, hairdryer, free internet access...and one always-available shuttle to and from the centre. The best, anyway, is the people there and their genuine sympathy, as well as the very good home-made breakfast that is included in the price (25$/night).

The fact that it is not in the centre is, in fact, an advantage, as you get quiet nights to get the best possible rest without noise disturbing you.

Pleasent, quite and clean rooms, very friendly staff, excellent service, outside the city center, shuttle service to the center and beach for free (at any time), also free internet, booking office...

We spent 2 nights and 3 days in Hoi an Phuong Nam Hotel and regardless of heavey rain . We have had a wonderful time . Notthing has been too much trouble at Phuong Nam Hotel and we have been made very welcome . This hotel is well looked after and the rooms are clean and beautifully presented . The staff are very attentive and cannot do enough ( they really can't!)

We will recomend this hotel to our family and frients.
