... as members of the band taking part in the Maori Cultural demonstration last night, Nigel had a private Poi lesson today. Please see the video...his head is okay...

We are 7 out of 8 concerts done in China - one tomorrow night and then it's South Korea on Sunday.

6:00am start again...bus - plane - bus - hotel - rehearsal - food - concert - hotel - sleep - Korea!!!

... first week alone, I’ve eaten more greens here than I have this remaining past year. Additionally, it is customary plenty of noodles to be served at each sitting along with strange meats I have no way of citing due to the fact I’ve never seen such cuts before.
