      We are in our final week of preparation for the trip. Working down our checklist, I decided I need a point and shoot camera to bring along with our Cannon SLR. After little deliberation, Dmitriy convinced me to purchase an iPhone 5. Now I can use the travelpod app along with Instagram to make this blog awesome!!

      ... the miniature towns and cities, rollercoasters, and Star Wars vinettes. This place is awesome for kids of all ages!

      Spent a day playing at the beach, feeling very bohemian and wishing that we could surf (that will be a must learn on our next adventure!). The Pacific Ocean is not too warm at this time of year, but you can still enjoy the warm sunshine and the sand in your toes!

      ... any day on the beach down in Sydney town. Our afternoon and evening were equally cruisy. Thankfully, the best coffee that we'd tasted in the States was only two-minutes' walk away. Stephen, Phoebe and Blake couldn't get enough of the sand and water, so they headed back down to the bay for some more frolicking. And the rest of us lazed about.       We woke up in the morning and enjoyed the pancake station. There were four different stoves ready to go with either pancake or crepe batter. We each had our fill of huge pancakes, packed up our belongings, and checked out. It was weird to be back on our bikes after such a long vacation. We started biking North with the plan to get to Oceanside, CA where we had a host set up.
