... after us and Dave and Kendra offered us their tickets as their seats were better and closer to Aly and Jacquie. I felt really bad taking their seats but also really appreciated the gesture. Therefore, our seats were amazing! We were 4 or 5 rows from the stage on the left side. First up, starting at 4:15pm, was Chris Young, aka my future husband.O Of course he was amazing! The new Hatfield was built just a few years after her death by Lord Burghley's son. He decided to pull down 3 wings of the old building (sigh) but left the Banqueting Hall which was part of the place Elizabeth did know!! Not much in it but modern tables ready ...

The flight home is fine. Dylan settles on take off and sleeps like a champ until breakfast is served. Special children's meal is cake! The air hostess didn't find this odd just commented that it was Canadian! Taya is asleep when we board and after a few words with the air hostesses we are finally allowed to leave her be facing Emma and in a seat belt, rather than facing forward in a seat belt, which is their policy. Of her 11 ...
