... dying to head back to the hotel and get some rest. The shopping mall had other plans... as it was past 11pm the mall was closed so no escalators or lifts would go lower than the 10th floor. After walking around like lost puppies we decided that it may be a case of having to go up in order to get down, which surprisingly worked as there was a lift straight down to the MTR station on level 13...unlucky for some.

... he went, he didn't come back. I was left baffled and both bemused and amused. Did he need to have a good look at the sign to work out whether or not he was indeed Roseanna Marshall? Did he just feel so awe inspired by my artwork that he had to rush over and view it from all angles? I will never know. Today was our first day in Hong Kong. We were meant to have a tour but for some reason they had cancelled it. So we decided to hop on the tram and explore the streets. Luckily the tram went in a straight line so it was easy to find our way back to the hotel. We passed all of the big brand stores and found some street markets where the prices were much more reasonable.
