    ... had showers and then wandered down the roads looking for restaurants to eat at for dinner. We ate at a brasserie 2 miles away, it was delicious and the waitress had a great sense of humour! XD We came home and jumped into bed and slept.. Ready to begin again the next day, I have to go! Later Gators! LJ ...

    ... a lodge with wood beams, leather seating and fireplaces. There is a gift shop with lots of Hershey products.

    After walking around, we went back to our room and relaxed a bit. Every conversation in hall could be heard clearly in our room. I just hoped it would quiet down at night. We decided we were going to just order room service for breakfast so we wouldn't have to fight the crowds at breakfast.

    Our plan is to be traveling for about two months crossing the country by a northern route to Oregon and Washington. In Oregon we hope to stop by Crater Lake and the Columbia River Gorge before heading into Washington for views of Mt. St. Helens and Mt. Ranier, touring Seattle and a whale watch around the San Juan Islands. Then it is north and west through western Canada and into Alaska.

    ... night - in a concrete room with concrete furniture! I could go on, but it had to be seen to be believed! And so endeth our final day in Pennsylvania. Tomorrow we have to traverse back up to New York for our flight to Lima, Peru - where the fun begins again! PS: The Shoofly pie was delicious. We had it for tea. The closest comparison I could make is a pecan pie. The filling is sweet, dark and sticky molasses with a crumble topping. Great with ice ...
