... into the Main Street in the area (Blvd. Kulcunan) which is right beside the lagoon. I took a picture of the "watch out for crocodiles" signs posted along the way. I can tell you I was watching after the terrible accident with the man that lost his legs and life the other day. We decided to get a bite to eat in the chedraui food court. ... came to cancun to dive MUSA the underwater "museam" so had a third dive in the arvo to check it out. It was great to see all the figures ive seen on the net face to face.

after cancun we headed for playa del Carmen and on to Cozumel island, meant to be some of the best diving in mexico. will update you soon!

... to get to Belize. We stayed in a hostel there for one night and I felt seriously ill. It was a weird little hostel with only one other person staying there. Luckily it was just for the one night and then we caught the water taxi over to Belize which was more like a speed boat. It took just over 2hours and then we arrived in rainy Caye Caulker. Walking around for ages trying to find somewhere to stay as we stupidly didn't make a reservation. But we are now officially in Belize!

A couple of stops along the way, not at souvenir stalls, to stretch our legs.. the bus seats were reclining... very comfortable..

First POI was at a Cenote, big sink hole, where the locals used to throw people in sacrifice..
saved the effort of a shower to wash off the blood after ripping their heart out I suppose..

... finished our walk it was once again bloody hot. We had brekky and then back to the usual routine.
We spent most of the morning at the beach. It was lovely down there with a bit of a breeze so you didn't feel how hot it actually was. The waves were rolling in rather rough.
