      ... standing. You were supposed to see where the Olympic touch is lit, but we never really saw it. I'm glad we didn't do the tour though because is was very expensive and the people at our dinner table said most of it was in Italian anyways.       ... there. Some columns and part buildings were still standing and we got some good photos. The track and field area looked small, well short of 400 metres - it was too hot to test it out - with a low and small in area grass amphitheater that the sign said could hold 45,000 people.
