... still managed to climb the 112 stairs up the observation tower to take in a well earned view over the city of Zurich and the surround countryside. We decided to play it safe and catch the train all the way down and back into town. We got back to the hostel, ate some dinner and made it to the meeting point of the pub crawl just in time. We met some great people, some Swiss, some Kiwis and of course as with every pub crawl a few Aussies ...

... snow-capped. We, however, have not seen any snow fall yet, though we remain hopeful. I have called behind in this blog-writing, and we are currently heading to Copenhagen in the hope of a white Christmas. The weather forecast does not seem too promising though. If I visit Switzerland again, I would also like to see geneva. I have only heard good things about that city too. I assume it is just as tidy, friendly and efficient as the rest of peace-loving ...

... until the 3rd day but we can get a plastic cup... if we pay a deposit! I must say though, it's not the worst we've stayed in and the "unsavoury" classification of the area only gives us something to laugh about and helps us forget the yellow padded walls saga in Paris 4 years ago. ... was really good as it showed me the true Belgian city. It was really nice having a guide telling me what to do and showing me the history instead of me just walking around! I enjoyed my Luxembourg day trip because I got to see Bastogne and met Jacqui and hangout with an American all day! I cannot wait to go back to Bastogne and soak in the history there. For food, they definitely make the best beer there. Hands down. Nothing (beer wise) will taste ...
