Post card views We wake to cleared rain, an overcast day but incredibly surprising are the snow capped peaks surrounding Lake Como. The scene has been stolen from a post card or the top of a box of beautiful chocolates. The only thing missing from the scene are the two swans we saw gliding across the water yesterday. We walk along the lake to a 12 century church of Sancta Maria del Tiglio with what looks like a 16th century church built inside the walls of a 15th ...

25th 2014 I went with two lovely ladies and one wonderful
man to a club. My very first club. And as I am Canadian I was getting

... also liked it because it is a pretty contemporary city, I just don't think we spent a long enough time in the city for me to get a great sense and judge it fairly. For this reason, I will rank it #4 out of the 6 cities that we visited on our trip (I'm not counting Val's cause it's a small town and we just went to see one building). Friday night we left Milan and took a train to Como.

Good morning everyone! The past few days have been an absolute blast and we have had the best couple of days. In Venice we all took a gondola ride, walked along the Grand Canal and celebrated my birthday in style wearing Venetian masks. The hotel was absolutely gorgeous and I am so grateful Mum and Dad... I'll get Jen to upload some pictures! Yesterday was a good day although we were all suffering with the birthday blues and a lingering hangover! Once ...
