    ... Rome time (7:00 AM - USA time) to JFK in New York where we landed around 4:10 PM. (Italy is 6 hours ahead of us).     ... You order a drink and the aperitivo that comes with it are amazing. This is not just chips and olives but pastries, sandwiches, fried zucchini flowers, meatballs, you get the idea. We enjoyed a drink in our hotel along with the aperitivo's before finding the metro train and going into the Piazza Del Duomo where the Duomo of Milan stands.
