Well this is nearly it, spent the last day on the beach for a while now, tickets are booked for the morning for the boat back to mainland, the laundry is collected, bags are nearly packed (and full), but wat an awesome 8 weeks its been. manage to spot any.
Around lunch time we
were dropped off at White beach, which was indeed beautiful white
sand but unfortunately also covered in hawkers, some less than
glamorous lady boys and endless karaoke booths. For a nationality
that likes singing so much there's not much correlation with skill
level, so this was a little ...
... feeling! We were the only ones there, so it was incredibly quiet and serene. After the waterfall, we went to Talipanan Beach and had some pizza and pasta for lunch right on the beach. I still cant believe how good that pizza was. On the hike back we stopped in White Beach to sit on the beach and watch the sunset. We had a mango smoothie and played cards with one of the dive instructors for a few hours. It was the perfect end to a great day. Back ...

But it was for an excellent cause and finally the home port was in sight and everyone made it back safely but I think there will be some sore muscles tonight. ... never, ever, ever seeing a sea snake. Now I have seen one and had it carried towards me. Oh My Gosh. Never again, I hope. I do have a very unreasonable fear of all snakes.
