... stays in the caves throughout the year is amazing, and it keeps the temperatures at about 0 deg year round - althought they do seal the caves to ensure no significant degradation of the natural ice sculptures. After 50 mins in the cold caves, it was amazingly warm outside - but it was quite warm anyway - almost 34 degrees when we got back to the car - which meant that Andy's coke was well and truly hot!
