This was a day for catching up on relaxation (still raining anyway), but jet lag was still affecting the long distance travelers, especially Aidan. We did however venture forth for dinner to Restaurant Zihlmann in Biel-Benken, which turned out to be Schweizer-Kost für alle, Chäschnitte, Rösti, Wurst-Käse- Salt garniert, all excellent, yum yum (see photo)

… and then we found out what that game had in store for us … tedium. ...

... got to have them in pairs.
- The country of Liechtenstein is so small that in 2007, Swiss troops accidentally invaded it after getting lost in a rainstorm.
- Our place has a fallout shelter (below), and if you don't have one they charge you a penalty tax. The country has enough of these shelters to accommodate 8.7 million people.

That's enough exercise for our brains today.

... for the guys to make me dinner, Zurich schnitzel - strips of veal in a mushroom cream sauce served with rosti potatoes (and snow peas). Trez yum!!







It was in the 20s when I left Vienna - here it'll go down to 2 degrees tonight.
Glad I brought some warm(ish) stuff.

... one person who has tested my tolerance levels. Travelling through here I am reminded of my favourite childhood book, Heidi. The cows even have bells around their necks as the freely wander around the hills side. I keep looking for her but she is no where to be seen. Tomorrow we head to Lucerne and another train journey. It's great to be off the bus for a while and the views seem even better by ...
