... of white flowers for the Buddha. The temple was full of Vietnamese paying their end-of-Tet respects, and there was also a party of Germans taking photos. At Cam Mountain I had been the only non-Vietnamese. ...Our six dollar bus tickets from Can Tho to Chau Doc came with a free shuttle bus pick up from our hotel to the bus station. Fantastic we thought, that saves us the cab fare! Four of us were waiting for the same shuttle.
It was a 9 seater van that was half full... Nice...... Um ... Not nice.... Cut to 20 min later 18 people including a baby had been crammed into the van.... Claustrophobia ...
