We nodded in and out of sleep but the Vietnamese roads are more than a little bumpy (there are sooo many pot holes it's unbelievable) so on the top bunk of a bus you're thrown about a bit and on certain occasions E thought he was going to slide straight off and on to the unsuspecting traveller underneath him!
