    While listening to my most favorite song at the moment (Turtle, by Alana Davis), I've realized my trip has BEGUN!!!! It wasn't real until now. I'm sitting at my seat on my way to JFK airport, waiting for my dinner, and I don't really have much to say except that my excitement is finally here. No worrying, no doubting, just excitement.     1st Place: A tie again: Grand Hyatt Erawan in Bangkok, Thailand. We cannot speak highly enough of the wonderful service we received. Staying at this hotel was just an overall incredible experience and made us want to return! The staff worked so hard to make our stay fabulous and they certainly succeeded.

    ... across town. We ended up sitting on the plane for an hour waiting on him to arrive (granted it wasn't his fault and it was much better than canceling the flight outright). This caused us to leave ATL over an hour late, but since the expected travel time was so fast, we ended up arriving in Dubai just about at the same time as we were initially scheduled to (which was 9pm the next evening, 14 hour flight and across 9 time zones).
