... Got off the plane fast and was through Immigration and Customs in like 20 mins. Was surprised how fast everything was.

After an AUD55 cab ride, arrived at the Ibis Hotel Perth, located in the CBD. Room was ready and I proceeded to shower, check email, and took a nap. Meant to rest for only a couple hours, but woke up around 4pm. Oh well!

... imagined us doing in Fremantle, but it looked fun, so we gave it a go. We ended up having a bit of a competition - air hockey, some sort of weird pirate themed throwing game and a Batak reaction wall. I completed a clean sweep, so Kim suggested that we move on!

Built by convicts in 1850, and strictly reserved for local criminals (as opposed to all the criminals deported from the UK) it served for 136 years and reminds us of a punishment system that seems uncomfortably recent.
