Well after a good couple of chill out days on the beach it was back on the road again as we got the ferry back to the mainland to get the overnight train down to Kuala Lumpur. Morning flight to Singapore was trouble free, except for an extra fee I had to pay at Indonesian immigration - I lost my departure card I was given upon my arrival so had to buy another one for $20. Changi airport's for long been voted the best airport in the world. Finally made it this far - very warm - nothing like the temps we left at home.
Got a wonderful welcome from Mike - he was there at the airport to meet us and just as well - it is a huge airport but so efficient and well run.

... i went for a short week in Brisbane, where i met Lulu ( friend of my cousin), who just arrived in Australia with who we spend less than 24 hours together and feel that we know each other for months! ( Enjoy your trip ma Lulu!!!!!)

... kinda funny how you just adapt. So far, this experience has brought some changes to all of our lives that are very much welcomed. Saturday and Sunday where moving days, we started off a little late, with the owners not being ready on time but other then that the days went well without any gliches!! The movers were there on time and we just had to wait a little while. We are all moved in. Now I just need to Sort!!, where stuff goes. It's a very happy day!!!
