... It is here that I look forward to my 12 minute walks to work in Port Sunlight through a beautiful green park, according to Google maps. We are a 15 minute train ride from Liverpool to enjoy the nightlife or a 20 minute train ride from Chester to see the beautiful roman architecture dating back to the year 79 AD. Now, the one question that I answered in every conversation - am I excited? Of course I am excited. I am ...

... freezing cold outside and since I was at such a height- it was all foggy around by evening. In the late evening walked around to explore the area with my camera. Captured some nice moments. My hotel room is awesome with a good cushion chair and a queen size bed for 2, ( for now I am the only one ). The hotel also has a swimming pool but no laundromat. Well some things added and some ...

On the train from Pittsburgh we had a twenty layover in Harrisburg, giving us just enough time to walk over to the state Capitol building and take a quick ...

Problem. Not enough cash for the bus journey across the river and our credit card was not working at the ATMs so we had to walk about 2 miles through Hoboken to the railway station where we could pay by card. Hoboken was a lovely place, a quiet, up market residential suburb with small shopping area.We made our way to the Rockefeller building and up to the observation deck, the views over NY city were stunning. Worth the $60 (36) for the two of us.

Today we woke nice and early (thanks to jet lag) and hit the streets to soak up the New York City atmosphere. First thing to note was that it was a lot cleaner than last night, good work early morning street cleaners. After being offered way too many bus tours we decided we knew best and looked to purchase week long metro cards. We had an egg, cheese n sausage bagel from Heisenbergs, with the strap ...
