    Flight was good, as well as you can be after 14 hours in a metal tube. Hammad Airport is a beautiful airport at the end of the city sticking out into the Persian Gulf (now called Arabian Gulf). Asif, our driver was waiting to shuttle us to our apt. We got our first look of Doha at night. It is lit up like The Vegas strip.

    ... you do ever doze off, you only have a short distance to run (not recommended though!). There are women-only lounges (this is one of them) and we practically had the whole place to ourselves.
