Flight was good, as well as you can be after 14 hours in a metal tube. Hammad Airport is a beautiful airport at the end of the city sticking out into the Persian Gulf (now called Arabian Gulf). Asif, our driver was waiting to shuttle us to our apt. We got our first look of Doha at night. It is lit up like The Vegas strip.

... rooms (male, female, families) with reclined seating for sleeping, apple computers for internet, free wifi throughout with no limits and plenty of normal seating. There were lots of food offerings from a food court to restaurants and coffee shops. I didn't have lounge access, but I would guess they would be fairly decent too.

... Doha International Airport I believe has only been opened this yr, so it was completely new and clean, which was nice. Was a nice place to be laid over for a few hours.
