Flight was good, as well as you can be after 14 hours in a metal tube. Hammad Airport is a beautiful airport at the end of the city sticking out into the Persian Gulf (now called Arabian Gulf). Really nice to see a familiar face and be able to speak normal again! My times were all to hell now, it was midnight in Doha but only 5pm Brazil time and cause i had slept i was tired. Wonder how long it will take me to get to ...

Having bid farewell to our dear friends in Barcelona, normally it would be about this time that we would be feeling the end of holiday blues, however we had one last little treat to look forward to, a stopover in Doha, Qatar.

Being that we were transiting through Doha anyway it was too good of an opportunity to pass up and we are so pleased that we decided to stop and spend a few days exploring this delightful city. Whilst Rod has spent a lot of time ...
