We drop off our things at the Rose Garden Motel, and head on straight to Hearst Castle.

... down here and medical marijuana shops trying to get us to get a permit so we can buy weed legally. Checked out the skate park. Walking back to the car we met a guy offering rides on his specially converted push bike with seats on the back. ... Bay. We've picked an absolutely beautiful park to stay, just seconds from the ocean and a short walk into town, where you have all the seafood restaurants and souvenir shops you could want. We spied otters and seals and plenty of seagulls on our stroll and took some long exposure shots of the bay at dusk on our way back.

Tomorrow we are going to try and clear some distance and hit up Big Sur via Hearst Castle.
