    ... it's mainly cool because you ride round it on a bike made for the rails. You can stop over in a Lap camp if you can't make it all the way round, well worth a visit if you need to entertain the kids amongst you. I mean ME
    So for all you travellers out there, head up from Gothenburg, come off the E6 at Uddevalla, head towards Bengstfors on the 172. Trust me it's worth it, but be warned this part of the world isn't cheap to live in.

    ... regret not booking single tickets and going at my own pace. Highly suggest that if you do it, either rent a car, or book single tickets. Don't be herded like a sheep like I was. Norway was fascinating, such a beautiful country. I can see why Bergen is so popular. With just a quick five min train, you can see tiny towns nestled between small fjords. The big ones are about two hours away. I doubt I'll be back ...

    Today we visited Runavik in the Faroe Islands. This morning we went for a walk round the town including most of the lake hike which other people on the cruise paid to do. This afternoon we went on a panoramic tour round the island we were on. It was stunning.

    ... music. They sounded like they were having a good time. Which reminds me, the first lake we stopped at, there was a group of three lads driving a camper, taking the same photos as me. Low and behold, they were Australian. We had a few jokes about the Aussie invasion of Europe. We saw them along three or four times along the way. We stopped for a chat at Aurland. Turns out they were from Kyabram. I forgot to get their names though ...
