... we went to a lovely restaurant at the recommendation of the owner of the apartment where we are staying. We all had a beautiful meal and are now very full. Definitely need to walk lots tomorrow.

... after that, finally finding CroParadise and managing to secure a bedroom in an apartment which was extremely swell. While I would already recommend a few places we've stayed on this trip, this one is the best so far. They have huge flat-screen TVs hooked up to computers (running Linux) in the kitchen and bedrooms, heaters (for that cold chill one gets in not-quite-tropical-but-by-no-means-temp erate-areas), and having to share a kitchen with only two others is nice, ...
