We stopped 3/4 of the way through our adventure for a break and a swim in the cool waters which us sweaty Canadians appreciated.     ... playing the Mexicans would play over the top very loud. Everyone had a laugh but the guy with the accordion wasn't happy. When I got back to the hostel i had a beer with my roommate from the nice before. He was a guy from Canada and he was wearing a dropkick murphys t shirt. We got along so well and kept drinking one pot after the other. Was a bit ***** and realised I had 5 minutes to get to the station...     ... we went to a lovely restaurant at the recommendation of the owner of the apartment where we are staying. We all had a beautiful meal and are now very full. Definitely need to walk lots tomorrow.

    I'm in love with Croatia - it is stunning ��.

    ... city the kids had a go on ride on horses, a kind of push cart (we had also seen them in Split at the shopping centre).
    We had a drink at the main hotel, met by Sandra and her husband, then walked back home in the late evening.
    Livno has about 20,000 people and feels very industrial, an old communist type town, particulalrly in the centre. Apparently, the jobless rate is quite high, due to the main factories closing down. The town certainly shows this impact.

    ... The Peristil also has the entrance to famous Cathedral of St Domnius and it tower and some remaining columns and floor of the meeting place as part of the Luxor Cafe. The Temple of Jupiter runs off this and is the baptistery of the Cathedral, with the cross shaped baptism font still in place.
