    ... Palace is a walled area of the old town that is partially in ruins and partially very well-kept for the tourists. We did notice residential areas of the palace, which appeared to be very poor and in ruins, probably very similar to how it was so long ago.     ... found our new hostel and left our bags there, before heading to the beach for the day. The beach was small but had umbrellas and lounges, so we grabbed two of them and relaxed for the rest of the afternoon. We got a little bit of our color back.     ... of a lifetime lived through a third person seemed a waste. Also last night, when I had a quick shower before dinner, I had bent over suddenly and twisted my back. It had scared the hell out of me. In Europe with two invalids would be hell!! I took urgent precautionary action, lying on the floor with an ice pack and a dose of nurofen.
