... ready for the weekly helicopter delivery. This sounded like setting to see, so we found a spot on a nearby hill and watched the show with a family from Scotland. It was fascinating!! They hauled and delivered many loads. They even delivered a washing machine! The helicopter was very precise in the drops... Day 3 We left our comfy lodging and walked uphill but only for a kilometre before we then hit the snow and started going down hill. The small drifts weren't too bad to get across, but the longer ones were easier if you sort of skied/skated down. Day 2 The day started with a brilliant blue sky, and mild temps, even though we were high in the mountains. We had slept pretty well, considering there were 8 of us upstairs in the loft.
