The forecast was correct - sunshine and clear blue skies after three days of poor visibility and high winds! Our plans was to do two peaks in one day. Turns out that was a bit ambitious as, after the snowfall of the previous two days, there was a risk of avalanches which meant the top slopes were out of bounds until the all clear was given.
