... I was crazy mad with the speed of the descent.
Not much else happening today, had a nice pasta lunch and may double up for dinner. Cleaned the bike it was filthy with all the rain we have had and watched a little TDF.
We are off at sparrows to drive to Le Bourg D'Oisans to spend the day in the region. I will climb the legendary l' Alpe with its 21 hairpins and the meet Mich at the Saturday markets in Le Bourg.

We (Tom) had chosen it for its bike park and spent 2 days what was on offer, although the rides were relatively short (10 miles each), they climbed around 4500ft and obviously descended around the same :)
It chilled off in the mountains and we had to get our jumpers out!!!
