... I think the oldest building I've ever been in - it was built in 30 AD (that's a 2 digit year, not a typo)
Castelvechio was also pretty cool and had some great art inside.
Stopped at Osteria Verona in the main square for some predinner drinks and had some awesome house wine before going to La Taverna Di Via Stella for dinner. Really nice place with friendly staff and great food. Had ...
......... So apparently the title is a quote from Romeo and Juliet...... You learn something new every day!
So we only stopped here for a couple of hours as a rest stop but it was pretty cool.
Verona is a very pretty town that is famous for Juliet Capulet's balcony and the entrance to the balcony is where all the lovey dovey couples write ...
... were very tasty though. But luckily their moustaches were all burnt off!
Venezia was the same, just alot windier, colder and more wet.
We went on to Verona, and wow! Verona is the most beautiful town I had seen in Italy (at this point). I cannot describe what it was about the place, it was just, so different to anywhere else. It had ...

Venice is the most laid back of cities we've visited, and it maintains this feel despite all ...
Venice, Italy minhee... checking out the various costumes, shopping for our own masks, enjoying excellent seafood (and wine!), and fighting the crowds of observers (which were everywhere!) The weather was pretty nice (low to mid 50's) and that made everything all the more enjoyable. Despite the crowds, we found Venice ('The City in the Sea') to be as charming & enchanting as we had the first time we visited here 10 years ago. It is so fun to explore all ...
Venice, Italy enp123... performers I've seen in Europe. There was one guy that sounded just like Tracy Chapman, and aside from his occasional lip syncing, he was really really good. You can't expect a guy to sing every song all day, every day. It got dark early so we went back to the hotel, armed with a couple bottles of wine and chilled out for the rest of the night in our place. Day 2. We get up early and fill our stomachs and backpacks with food from the ...
