Tipo 4 a.m. yo ya no podía más y me dormí una hora hecha un sanguche con la ropa porque hacía frío y me levanté en el medio dos veces porque abajo nuestro, en las sillas de espera, había un tipo que gritaba como loco, como si estuviera por vomitar, pero no vomitaba, creo, y la gente que estaba cerca se asustaba y se corría. Ein Ausflug nach Vicenza
... Giordino Salvi. Einige der Haupt-Sehenswürdigkeiten waren leider wegen Bauarbeiten geschlossen, wie zum Beispiel die Basilika auf der Piazza dei Signori oder der Dom. Ich habe trotzdem einen positiven ersten Eindruck von der kleinen ruhigen Stadt gewonnen und werde sicherlich noch mal einen Abstecher machen, wenn das Wetter wärmer ist!

Northern Italy - Verona and Venice

Venice
... like the arena, which was built in1st century (same time as the Roman Colosseum) and is still used today for the opera performances. Since it was opera season in Verona, I scored a cheap (10 euros) ticket to the opera Aida, which was performed in the arena. It was pretty cool... I guess it would have been a heck of a lot cooler if I knew what was going on :) From Verona, I traveled to Venice the next day. Venice is crazy... ...
