Our guide was in charge of us and accepted the man as he was but being from the US I am so accustomed to looking for the proper ID of anyone who is in this kind of position.

Alweer de vooravond van een feestdag
... op ons schip te zitten. We besluiten samen te blijven om straks een taxi te delen naar het station of eventueel zelfs naar Haifa.
De citadel van Akko is zeker een bezoek waard (er is een combiticket mogelijk met de Turkse baden maar wegens tijdsgebrek besluiten wij enkel de citadel te bezoeken.) Het basisticket geeft ook toegang tot het Okashi museum, tot het museum 'treasures of the wall' en tot de tunnels tussen de citadel en de zee.
