As she said later, " you would have thought that as we aren't allowed to put loo paper in the loo, they would have provided a bin with a lid..." But I think that counts as advanced thinking.

We liked Konya as far as a big..not Hugh...but big Turkish city goes...THIS one did not have that chaotic feel to it. I made the mistake of thinking the Dervishes were whirling nightly. NOT. Darn! I am very saddened that I will miss the Dervish here. I guess this just means it will always be calling me back. In spite of the inland pervasive pollution...I do love this country.
