The second day in Nanjing started with visiting “The Nanjing Massacre Memorial”. The design of the place is very impressive. The designer did great job. However the content is bit much for the young ones. I pretty much led Shan’s way most of the time with her eyes shut as the pictures are way too violent and disturbing for a 10 year old. There are some other children who are only 11, I wonder if it was the right thing to do.
