Mijn reis weg van Rio
... trappen af naar de bus toe. Ik wist dat ik bij gate 25 moest zijn, maar ondertussen brandde de lucht in mijn keel. Rennen met een backpack op je rug in de hitte is niet aan te raden. Misschien kan dit de mannelijke variant van de stilettorun worden?
Hijgend en puffend kwam ik bij gate 25 tot stilstand, de bus stond er nog en er waren nog een aantal mensen bezig in te stappen... ik had het gehaald!!! Nu had ik nog 20 uur voor de boeg om uit te rusten van deze inspanning :)
