... to sit on the beach at least. There was no beach, you snorkel or sit inside the boat that doesn't stop rocking, good luck! I grabbed my gear and jumped in the water hoping my new kinis wouldn't just fly off. The snorkelling was amazing, these gorgeous little coloured fish would just swim by you and you wouldn't even feel them. ... just the time of day. I still managed to feed some biscuits and watermelon to a monkey though! And I gave it my water bottle which it drank out of so humanely! Then it got bored, noticed the pack of biscuits in Abbie's hand and so ran over, stole them and retreated back into the mountain to scoff them all! Back at our village in phi phi now deciding what to do for the rest of the afternoon. Probably going to head to koh lanta ...

... that looks over the ocean and the garden here, from which one could see beautiful sunsets. We also have a hammock, very comfy indeed. I think we will be relaxing very much here as it is so peaceful. They have snorkeling equipment that we can use free of charge so we will be trying that out tomorrow hopefully. All depends on whether the sun decides to show itself I guess. Otherwise reading and relaxing :) Until next time.... Good ...

... and so peaceful. Climbing aboard the free boat transfer back to the main pier, we waved goodbye to our resort and made our way to the main ferry back to Krabi.  The weather was now quite overcast, even threatening to rain, so everyone grabbed a seat downstairs, where I finished my book... The amazing, harrowing true story of Loung Un, a Camodian lady who escaped the Khmer Rouge Killing Fields back in the 70s. What a read. I'd thoroughly recommend it if you are interested ...
