... me of Disney World. While walking through the streets, I kept humming "it's a small world…" because it truly felt like I was on the ride. The city centrum and surrounding streets are filled with small shops and boutiques. While we were walking around, we saw artists imitating sculptures. ... this point, I turned myself around and found the main road back into the "centrum" area. I decided to park my bike in the square near St. Catherine's and quickly prayed to St. Anthony that my bike wouldn't get stolen or lost (and yes, I locked it). Bicycle thievery is common in Eindhoven. Apparently, once a bike is stolen it is resold at a cheaper rate but this is mostly done by junkies. Today we said goodbye to Brussels and headed off to Eindhoven - not without a 1.5 hour detour so that Hamish could have a 10 minute visit to Drie Landen Punt though.
