    Hello everyone,

Just a few minutes ago I have received my E-Tickets for the trip to the United States of America.
My enthusiasm is getting bigger and bigger and we're still 21 days left till departure..

A couple of days ago I decided to book a SuperShuttle from Newark to JFK. Instead of a cab, I choose to book one due to the costs (15$) and for the experience. On my ...

... but it was a much more enjoyable experience. I missed airman David and his company, but I did chat to a British policewoman I'd seen earlier in the week, a guy that distributes potatoes and some air cadets. ... this point, I turned myself around and found the main road back into the "centrum" area. I decided to park my bike in the square near St. Catherine's and quickly prayed to St. Anthony that my bike wouldn't get stolen or lost (and yes, I locked it). Bicycle thievery is common in Eindhoven. Apparently, once a bike is stolen it is resold at a cheaper rate but this is mostly done by junkies. My goal is to not let this happen and to consistently lock up. This will ensure that ...

Today we said goodbye to Brussels and headed off to Eindhoven - not without a 1.5 hour detour so that Hamish could have a 10 minute visit to Drie Landen Punt though. I tried to talk him out of it, but it was very high on his list of 'must do's'. Drie Landen Punt is the spot where Belgium, Germany and the Netherlands meet. Three countries in less than a minute - now that's a whistle stop tour. It also has the bonus of being ...
