      ... I returned to the apartment from the bookstore at around 1pm, I was unable to get into the apartment. The key just wouldn't open the door! So I took action! I asked a lady in the elevator for guidance, who then asked the cleaning lady to help me, who then took me to the building manager who then came upstairs and opened my door with ease. Highly irritating. I spent 30 minutes trying to open that door on my own! I shoved the door…I jiggled the key ...
