... tasted my soup and improved it by adding some spices. Then he told me what I should get from the grocery store: more chicken, cilantro and garlic. And so I did and let the soup sit for like two more hours, and oh my god, it tasted great!!! Thank you, sous chef Chris from San Francisco!!! In between the cooking, I went over to the yoga studio. Last night went well! Guests were quiet and cooperative and fun as they typically are when I work =D I found some unclaimed Danish kronors, so that was sweet, though I'm not sure what I'll do with them. The boat tour lasted for about an hour and was a really pleasant way to pass some time. I'm glad I didn't pay $40 for it, but the weather was so perfect it didn't matter that the sights weren't all that interesting (aside from an old folks home so gigantic and impressive that foreign heads of state mistook it for the King's ...

So, here I am, in an apartment in Vasastan, Stockholm. Just had some scrambled eggs, tea, espresso and crisp bread for breakfast. Thank you Josefin for letting me stay here and feel like home. Last night was really fun. When I arrived in Stockholm Central Station yesterday, I was hungry, so I grabbed a quick burger at Burger King. Then I bought myself a 24-hour card for the metro and headed over to Vasastan to meet up with Josefin. Got a welcome beer, always nice ...
