    Great choice for our one night stay. Warm, cosy room with a great powerful shower to wake us up in the morning.

    ... succeeded after some trial and error,
    even if the potatoes weren’t done until about an hour after the kabobs. With a
    new moon and few clouds, we could see thousands of stars and enjoyed the view
    before climbing into our tent and getting a little sleep.

    Up at 4am. Picked up labor, Wayne and Arthur at 5am. We learned later that Wayne and airy her we not the guys that labor ready sent...they were just guys that happened to be in front of labor ready at 5am hoping for work. Drove 3 hours to Edwards. Drove through vale... Reached 9500 ft! Beautiful drive! Jp and the guys delivered then we drove back to Denver. We got stopped at a weigh station.     ... easier said than done, but this is what we did. We reinstalled it this morning, but she is a dead. Anyone care to take a guess who much a 4 door RV refrigerator costs? $500?, $1000?, $2000?.. Try over $4000 installed!!! I am in contact with the seller and he and I are trying to work something out. He is a good man, and I am confident that he will make this right. So for now we are living out of a cooler.

    Today we woke up at about 7:15 and Uncle Doug had already bought breakfast for us. Then Dad and Uncle Doug took our car to the car shop to get the brakes fixed. Then we all got dressed and ready.     ... shiny anf full of condos at least I could not see them in Aspen. Once past Aspen I got on the Independence Pass road a narrow two lane road with no trucks allowed. The journey was spectacular as well as exciting. Lots of sweeping curves and tight (10 mph) hairpin curves. I chatted with two locals out enjoying their cigars beside and rushing stream.
