Great choice for our one night stay. Warm, cosy room with a great powerful shower to wake us up in the morning.

Spent a few hours hiking through the forest next to the Lodge, before heading down to Breckenridge and wandered around the town.

We did a few green runs, then up to the top of Peak 9 and came down Bonanza (blue) on to some greens (Lower American) etc. Then dressed for dinner and walked to Briar Rose Chop House - excellent! We had good cocktails - ...

I was proud of myself for making the decision to leave my job and listen the voice inside of me saying, "get up and go! You are in your 20's and need to see more of the world before you no longer have the flexibility."  One of the many beauties of this trip was I did not have the comfort of my family or a tour guide walking me through every step.
