... points and carrot soup with rabbit confit. Derek had pork loin and I ordered an Apocalypse Burger. It was amazing topped with sauerkraut mustard and cheese. The meat tasted like filet . On the way to dinner we stopped to pet the sleigh horses. They were so gentle and beautiful. I loved looking into their eyes. Gus loves horses and knew right away they were Percheron horses.

... That brings us to today. We have been traveling a lot to today as we needed to get down to Salt Lake City. We did stop off at the Grand Tetons and got some photos. Once we were in Salt Lake we had a quick break before we were off to have dinner at the Mormon Temple Square, and see the Mormon Tabernacle Choir rehearse. AMAZING, and also very interesting to learn about their religion. So we are having a great time, but also are ready for home. ...

... the Tabernacle, but they said it was louder. It was interesting to learn that the Mormon Church makes this facility available to other organizations who would like to use it at no charge. The Baptist Church has used it for one of their conventions, and it was also used during the Olympics.

Its Snowing!

So it has been snowing for the past 2 days and its wonderful powder white covering everything.
We ended up going into the yard and playing in the snow. We made snow angels and the beginnings of our snowman (which failed) and had a snowball fight.
