... I felt awful for cutting our trip short, but after 100 days of travel my body had decided it had been pushed too far. Icecave dropped me back at the farm and I walked inside, tail between my legs: the adventurous Skywalker couldn't even hack it 2 days at some hotsprings. When I got inside I was barraged by hugs, then sat down on the couch and forced a hot chocolate. I was so grateful to have a place to bunker down in until I felt better.

... they had to offer. The casinos that we visited included, Treasure Island, Ceaser's Palace, The Venetian, The Bellagio, and New York, New York. We felt like we were in that movie Ocean's 11. Except that I don't think we were quite dressed up enough to look like millionaires. Despite not looking like a million bucks, we definitely felt like it. On Digger's last day we drove up through the high country north of Jefferson up over Georgia Pass (11,585ft on the Continental Divide) in his 'Lincoln Navigator' hire car - he had to change from his BMW 740 after the sunroof exploded!!!!. Test fired a few weapons......
Very pristine environment above the tree line. Not a good place to be in the middle of winter.....
Beautiful views and the Aspen trees just beginning to change colour as winter approaches....

... RV Resort called Tiger Run that is three miles from "Breck", as the locals call Breakenridge. It’s the most modern and primped RV park we’ve ever seen. They planted a mature evergreen and Aspen tree in the lawn between each fully-paved pull-through.

We visited Larry and Kathy at their hotel downtown. Even though it was dusk on Sunday, Darlene and Kathy trolled the main street while Larry and I watched the Seahawks football game.
