    ... in my opinion. I guess after seeing so many things done like this last summer I am a little jaded and prefer a simple dish, no matter how fancy which relies on its appearance and flavor for all of it's "oohs and aahs".

Supposedly it is called this because legend has it the devil built this bridge so a woman could cross the bridge provided he got the soul of the "first creature to cross it." She agreed and when the bridge was built, she threw some bread over the bridge and her dog chased it and crossed the bridge first.
