    Some of the roads that we are taking from village to village are no more than 8 ft wide, bordered by rock walls and there is two way traffic, including tractors and lorries. It gets a little hairy sometimes. Sometimes if you meet a car, someone has to back up to the last wide spot to allow passing.

    ... of some of the nice old buildings, but later realized I had not put in the data card after downloading last night. Oh well. I can't even get into a bother about it, its that kind of day.
    Tonight we will stay in, pack up our stuff and be off to Otley in the morning.

She agreed and when the bridge was built, she threw some bread over the bridge and her dog chased it and crossed the bridge first.     Last night we went to a Chinese restaurant in what seemed like a very nice part of Kampala. As is often the case with Chinese restaurants there was too much food. The waiter asked if we wanted the remains of the meal to be packed up in foil boxes. On the way back we stopped to give the food to some people who were sleeping rough in the city centre. One girl had just fallen asleep on the pavement. This morning we were 90 minutes late leaving for our second day at Nakaseke. ...
