Soggy feet and tired bodies

... it had scaffolding all the way around it so it did not look too pretty at ground level. A quick walk around it - it was now getting cold and back on the train to go home. It was so hot in the subway but the cold hit when we popped out onto the street. A walk back to the hotel and time to rest our weary bones. My socks were still wet when I took my shoes off at 9.30 pm. Hopefully it will be dry tomorrow and I will wear my joggers.

... and tour the statue there is a 6 month waiting list !!
Friday night, a show on Broadway .... The Jersey Boys which we loved !!!
Saturday had a day of shopping on 5th Avenue - just lovely, went to the High Line, spent some time in Bryant Park which is a lovely shaded park just glorious to sit and watch the world go by.
Then Home to refresh, & out to a restaurant, Swing 46 , we even had a lesson ...
