... I'd met on the last weekend in Nairobi for a few drinks since I wouldn't see them again.

I arrived at Diani beach on the 30th December having flown to Mombassa then got Matatus the rest of the way. Kim woke up this morning with a derriere that was black and blue and Ash, who has been soldiering on with a sore throat for the last few days, had a throat which was looking like a furnace so we bundled her off to the local GP and gave Kim two pats on the head for being brave. Viral infection was the verdict, so a day on the lounge was the order, which Ash had no difficulty in following.

HALLOWEEN!!!

I was Elphaba from Wicked or the wicked witch of the west for people who haven't see wicked. I was green for THREE days but it was totally worth it.

It was also Emma's birthday so we had a party at our house before going into town.
