    I think we lucked out on the weather again today - sunny and warm. In Yorkshire one takes advantage of such a day, so I did a load of laundry and hung it out today. I miss that wonderful smell sheets and towels have when they are dried in the sun.


    Andrew's family flies home to Jersey tomorrow, so today we all got together for lunch at the Hare and Hound/Wacky Warehouse.

    Just down the road is another slightly larger town of Burge Le Marsh, which also featured in her family’s history. The church and cemetery here were in a better state, even though of a similar age, but there appeared to be more money in town for the upkeep.
