    ... I eventually gave up in frustration at getting it right, and will just have to learn to sleep tonight with a permanent list to starboard..... Ihave to say that I was seriously impressed with the Tesla car, which, believe it or not, is now Norway's top selling car, despite it carrying a Kr600,000 price tag ( about $120k)... Being fully electric, it enjoys amazing tax-benefits here - no sales/import tax/duty, no fuel costs, free road tolls, free ferry ...

    ... two piece band at the pub. Suddenly three Norwegian guys were talking to us all quite drunk, all quite hilarious. They were trying to convince us that Norwegian people don't use google as it didn't exist apparently. If they need to know something they have to order a lexicon from Witzekon Switzerland and wait two weeks to get it. It was so funny.     ... porpoise activity but I couldn't see anything, somebody also mentioned they had seen the head of a seal pop out of the water, again no sighting for me so I guess my Wild Life watching techniques need a lot more improvement.

    As we glide through the water many passengers are on the outer decks to enjoy the atmosphere and stunning views.

    Flam is our last port of call, we now have 2 days at sea back to Southampton so keeping fingers crossed for a calm crossing.

    ... Alison said it was one of the best she had seen. She's been here before, remember. With some headsets to guide us round, we tracked the town's progress from fishing port, through shipbuilding town to the Nog oil centre. Then it was time for lunch.
