Lola drove the 126 miles in 6 hours from Montreal to our car. I drove 40 miles in 1 hour to our hotel.

... I will be happy to be cooking tomorrow night at home. The area was nice as it overlooked a marina, with the mountains in the distance. We would have liked to walk around if we had found it earlier.

11:30 pm home. So sad to be home. I really wanted to just keep going....(although my hair and skin really really really needed a shower)...heartbreaking to move out of the truck.....I napped and read (and ate popcorn) most of the ride home.... We didn't leave as early as we had wanted as Peter spent 15 minutes talking to the guy at reception about how he had bought a hatchet as a birthday present for his 5 year old son and now the social services were concerned.
