OK - so when someone says, this place you've never heard of is GREAT...and they're in a very small kind of learn to take it with a grain of salt ;) That's we had expected about the Lake Bled area in Norther Slovenia (Slovenia - formerly part of Yugoslavia - is just east of Italy, south of Austria, and west of Croatia). ... to purchase tickets to get into the Gorge, but it was well worth it! The entire trail is either very well-maintained boardwalks or maintained trails, taking you deep into the gorge for picturesque, clear, pristine river/stream and its equally as stunning sheer walls and cliffs!

The hike takes about 1.5 hours round trip and the pictures speak for themselves! It was a fantastic side trip as we made our way to Lake Bled!

... Mmmaaaaaaaaaaan! Good old Zagreb time for you. Haha rant over. Well, just a little bit more.. If she had been a bit civil about it, I don't think we would have been so annoyed, but she was so rude about it, like we were insulting her every time we asked for it. Lame! The place was called pozitiv. Haha ironic. Not so many positive people there. It's cheap and clean if you need a place to stay in Zagreb but not very friendly and do not under any circumstance ask for laundry! ...
