... ten minutes and then headed off for breakfast.

After breakfast, we headed to the Gaspereau Valley Vineyards. We took a tour of the vineyards and participated in a taste testing session. Mousse got to meet a few people – he joined us on the tour. I ended up buying a couple bottles of the red wine.

We headed back to the coach. On our way back, we took a quick detour to the beach. Mousse had a chance ...

This morning we got up, hurried and headed off to the Halifax Temple. This is a small LDS temple in Dartmouth and since we were here, we decided to take advantage of this rare opportunity and attend. We only had to drive about 6 miles, so no problems with morning traffic. Everyone we met there were very surprised and happy to see visitors from Arizona. There were only a few people there, but we had a hard time ...

We return to the car, and find a little Horseshoe cove on which we walked and looked ...

I have had the feeling that something was missing at each of the locations I went to try to understand the story of the expulsion of the Acadians in 1755. It was missing in Caraquet. It was missing on Beaubears Island. Today, at Grand-Pré I saw a film that boldly told the sad story. The National Historic Site sits on land that was one of the largest Acadian settlements from 1682 to 1755. More than 6000 Acadians were deported from ...

Had an awesome sleep!! Woke up and cooked our breakfasts where we were parked as they had a table. They didn't open until 9am so we were cooked and out of there before that. We drove down the road to ask about a whale watching tour, the guy was already full for the morning so we decided to try out luck down at the other end of the island. We stopped at the Balancing Rock first where we had a 3km ...
