... We rode in a helicopter for about 5 min for 40$ each. It was a quick ride but a great experience. We loved this anchorage. Under-rated in the guide books. we swam; went ashore

    8/13/15 - Thursday

North Myrtle Beach, SC Freedom Boat Club was our destination today. We got an 18ft

245 hp I/O cruiser/ski boat. There's nothing like going 45mph in a large bath tub! The Intracoastal waterway provided an interesting and fun time cruising between South & North Carolina. Mobs of jet skiers, as numerous as ants at a picnic and ...

Up early and ready for a day on the water, I am all prepared for a great day of redemption. Never again will I forget to bring a net when going fishing. Gail wanders out of the bedroom around 7:30am and asks if we are going out on the boat. After yesterday's adventure did she even have to ask? Of course we are. I need to redeem myself by bringing home a big catch.

We decide to forgo our trip until around 11am so as Gail stated "you have time to check and ...
