    While listening to my most favorite song at the moment (Turtle, by Alana Davis), I've realized my trip has BEGUN!!!! It wasn't real until now. I'm sitting at my seat on my way to JFK airport, waiting for my dinner, and I don't really have much to say except that my excitement is finally here. No worrying, no doubting, just excitement.     ... is always nice. Who doesn't enjoy sitting back and visualizing loving kindness and light pouring into your body and the earth? Oh yeah, before and after the meditation session, people did a series of simple warm ups, led by one of the regulars. It was basic exercises and shoulder rotations and head turns, but people did it very fast and breathing noisily, like jittery squirrels.     As typical with most secondary market airports, the phrase "we can't get there from here" comes to mind describing air travel. Truth be told, unless you live in a hub for a major airport, everyone connects somewhere. The sad truth since 9-11-2001 is that the flights have been greatly reduced and never really recovered so it's not unusual to have more than one stop on the way to your domestic destination, much less international.
