... We almost completed the entire house's siding but had to wrap up in time to get over to the YMCA and start getting ready for dinner. The nice people at the Y let me get in a nice 2 mile jog on the treadmill (something I have yet to do on this trip and man it showed!) and now to shower at the church before another host-provided meal potluck style :) That's a wrap! 9 straight bike days start tomorrow! Special shout out to Anthony--Happy 23rd ...

Hello, friends! Another build day. Instead of painting we built walls and added insulation. But before I go into that, HAPPY BIRTHDAY, ANTHONY!! Anthony is another builder on this trip. From Connecticut, he recently graduated with his MBA, and quite simply, he's fantastic. He's generous, big-and-kind hearted, embracing... I could go on and on and on about him. Anthony and I were on the same build site today. Bill, our building supervisor, put us to work and it was a good, long day. ...

Hey all! Hope Annie kept you entertained for my latest post-what a kind soul she is, eh?! Well back to your original blogger, me. Today we woke up to hot breakfast (!!!) which we have not had in a long time. My usual meal of Cheerios and a banana was upgraded to a biscuit, eggs, fresh fruit and honey Greek yogurt. YUM! The perfect fuel ...

... I needed to make today another stand out day on Bike and Build. After the ride, Jamie drove us back to the host, we had a delicious meal together, and all received our affirmations that we had been working on as a group for the past few days. Ironically, Annie and I wrote similar things to each other. Glad I have been able to share my side of the experience with you all and looking forward to sharing more time with your girl Annie!! Xo, ...

... exactly what this was. I just thought well i am not a fan of fish so is there not much point in going. I had heard so many good stories about Fisherman's Wharf and people had told me that San Francisco was beautiful. I got the F Tram to the wharf and I must say I felt that started off the good day. It was very 1960s with plush leather seats. When I arrived I heard sea lions. I knew I was at pier 39. I ran to find them and I all that came out of my mouth was a big wowwww. They ...
